About Me
I work with adults of all ages, with a particular passion for supporting students and early career professionals. I am especially drawn to helping clients navigate life transitions, interpersonal and relationship concerns, cultural and racial identity exploration, and family dynamics. My approach is warm, compassionate, and strength-based, providing a space where you feel understood and empowered in your growth and healing.
Before joining Chicago Counseling Collective, I was a staff psychologist at Loyola University Chicago’s Wellness Center, supporting students as they navigated challenges, celebrated successes, and discovered their strengths. Previously, I trained at Kansas State University’s Counseling Services and worked in a group private practice supporting LGBTQ+ clients and addressing relationship concerns. Across these settings, I developed a strong commitment to helping young adults and professionals build resilience and confidence.
Whether you’re managing stress, navigating relationships or family conflict, or feeling uncertain about the future, we’ll explore your story and work through challenges together. While this work can be difficult, it can also be incredibly meaningful and you won’t have to face it alone.
As a South Asian psychologist, I am passionate about raising mental health awareness and making it easier for everyone, especially in racial and ethnic minority communities, to seek support. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me enjoying a swim, exploring new restaurants in Chicago, or unwinding with coffee and a pastry at a café.
I’d be happy to connect! Please reach out with any questions or to schedule a free consultation so we can see if working together feels like the right fit.
