About Me

Hello and welcome! One of my top priorities as a therapist is creating a therapeutic relationship that feels warm, affirming, and authentic. I value getting to know you as a whole person including the many layers of your identities and experiences, as well as your passions, values, and unique sense of humor.

I use a relational and psychodynamic approach in therapy. I believe that relationships can be a source of immense joy, growth, and healing and can also be at the root of deep pain and trauma. Early relationship expereinces can contribute to patterns in our relationships with others, with ourselves, and with the world around us. Together, we can explore your patterns in relationships and work to shift patterns that are no longer serving you. This can look like working on being more vulnerable and open, advocating for yourself and your emotional needs, engaging in healthy conflict and disagreement, addressing people pleasing behaviors, and much more.

Working with students, young adults, and early career professionals is a passion of mine. These phases of life come with many unique challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. It has been one of the joys of my career thus far to work with international students from all over the world and together navigate identity, culture, and adjustment.

I am intentional about attending to systems of oppression, power, and privilege and how these show up both in and out of the therapy room. I aim to support folks as they are navigating the stressful and uncertain world that we live in.
